If a student withdraws after the add/drop period, no refund of tuition fees will be provided for that semester. Any prepaid fees for subsequent semesters will be refunded in full.

Students seeking a refund must submit a formal request to the Office of Student Affairs or the Registrar's Office, including their name, student ID number, reason for withdrawal, and supporting documentation if applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Fees
